No — everything you add (pets, photos, pet files) stays only on your device. There's no account and no cloud backup, so uninstalling the app or losing your device means that data is gone. If you're switching phones, there's currently no built-in transfer — back up your photos separately if that matters to you.
What does Plus include?
Free use covers unlimited pet profiles and saving/sharing every pet file you write yourself. A Plus subscription adds AI-written titles and stories, plus a higher daily pet-file limit. See the in-app Plus screen for current pricing and trial details.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions), not inside the app itself.
I found a bug or the app crashed — what should I include in my email?
Your device model, OS version, and what you were doing right before it happened. Screenshots help a lot too.
